Tax Readiness, Nigeria Tax Act 2025
Choose it when: You are unsure which 2026 rules apply to you and want your records ready for them.
The problem it solves
The rules changed on 1 January 2026 and you do not know which ones apply to you or whether your records would survive a question from the tax authority.
What we do
- Test your small company status against the turnover and fixed-asset limits
- Check whether you must register for and charge VAT
- List the withholding tax you deduct from suppliers and suffer from clients
- Check that your records hold what a return will need
What you receive
- A tax position summary, with every figure marked as an estimate
- A compliance calendar of filing and payment dates
- A records checklist, with gaps to close before year-end
- Questions to put to your tax adviser
What we need from you
- Last year's turnover and a list of fixed assets
- Sales and supplier invoices for a recent quarter
- Any letters from the tax authority
Not included: a tax opinion or filing returns. These belong to a qualified tax practitioner, and we work alongside yours.Fee: fixed, set in the engagement letter.
